To all of those that lost loved ones during Pearl Harbor, allow me to say that I am sorry for your loss, but thankful as well that your loved one loved this nation enough to defend her freedom.

In our day, we would do well to remember the lesson of that day. Our freedom is a gift from God and is to be protected, prayed for and personally participated in. We had better live free under the gospel or we will certainly live as slaves because of it.

Take the time today to thank God for what you have. Make plans to share that freedom with others. The enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Let’s not be dinner, again.
